Billing and usage
This page lists the plans, the trial and the rules around extra numbers, cancelling and refunds.

The trial
- The trial lasts 7 days and costs $1, charged when you add your card at checkout.
- A trial account holds 1 number and up to 100 forwarded minutes for the whole trial.
- The full plan allowance starts with your first payment.
- Each person gets one trial.
Extra numbers
A number held beyond the numbers included in your plan costs $1 a month on Basic and $0.50 a month on Pro. The charge is prorated by the share of your billing period that is left.
Minutes and burns
- Minutes beyond your included minutes cost 5 cents each, up to the cap. See calls and minutes.
- The first burn each UTC calendar month is free after the trial. Each further burn adds $1. See burn a number.
Cancelling and refunds
- Cancel any time with the ready-made cancel email on the Billing page. No reason is needed.
- A plan runs to the end of the paid month.
- When a cancellation takes effect, or after repeated payment failure, all of your numbers are burned into quarantine.
- Your first paid month can be refunded if you ask within 7 days of paying it (the $1 trial is not a paid month). A person reviews every refund request.
