## What can change your bill

- **Extra minutes.** Past the included minutes each minute costs 5 cents. The most you can be billed in overage is $50 a month on Basic and $100 on Pro. At the cap forwarding pauses and texts keep arriving.
- **Extra numbers.** Each number beyond the included ones costs $1 a month on Basic and $0.50 on Pro, prorated by the share of the billing period left when you add it.
- **Burns.** After the trial the first burn each UTC month is free. Each further burn that month adds $1 to your next bill. The burn screen shows the charge before you confirm.

## Included on every plan

- Texts are not billed per message. Fair use is 500 texts per number per month. Past that the number is flagged for review and texts are not dropped.
- A usage email goes out when 80 percent of your included minutes are used, and again when overage starts.
- Cancellation: cancel any time with the ready-made cancel email, no reason needed. A plan runs to the end of the paid month, then your numbers are burned into a 30 day quarantine.
- Refunds: your first paid month can be refunded if you ask within 7 days of paying it. A person reviews every refund request; none is made automatically.

## FAQs

### How much does NumberBurn cost?

Basic is $9.99 a month and Pro is $29.99 a month. Both are listed side by side in the plan table at the top of this page.

### What does the trial include?

7 days for $1, with 1 number and up to 100 forwarded minutes for the whole trial. The $1 is charged when you add your card at checkout, there is one trial per person, and the trial has no extra burns. If the trial minutes run out, calls stop ringing your phone, texts keep arriving and nothing more is charged until the 7 days end or you start your plan yourself. When the 7 days end, your card is charged for your first month and the plan renews every month until you cancel. The full plan allowance starts with your first payment.

### What happens if I use more than my included minutes?

Each extra minute costs 5 cents. Overage is capped at $50 a month on Basic and $100 on Pro. At the cap forwarding pauses and texts keep arriving. You get an email at 80 percent of your included minutes and again when overage starts.

### Do texts cost extra?

No. Texts are not billed per message. Fair use is 500 texts per number per month, and a number that goes past it is flagged for review rather than having texts dropped.

### What does burning a number cost?
