## What to include

- The email address on your account, if you have one.
- What you were trying to do and what happened instead.
- The NumberBurn number involved, if there is one, and the date it happened.
- Screenshots if they help. Do not send passwords or verification codes.

A person answers billing, refund and account questions.

## Report abuse of a NumberBurn number

If a NumberBurn number was used to harass or defraud you, email [hello@numberburn.com](mailto:hello@numberburn.com) with the number and the date. Say what happened in a few lines. Abuse reports go to a person. See the [acceptable use policy](https://numberburn.com/acceptable-use.md) for what we do not allow.
